Refund policy
At Artistic Home, every piece of décor is crafted with care to bring beauty and meaning into your home, café, or business space. Since most of our products are made-to-order and custom-crafted, we have a clear return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Returns & Cancellations
Made-to-Order & Custom Products: All custom-made items (including personalized sizes, designs, or special requests) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Ready Designs: For standard designs, returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damage during delivery.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have started, and cancellation will not be possible.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if you receive a damaged or defective product.
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Once approved, we will either replace the item or offer store credit of the same value.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange Approval
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
In case of a defective or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping charges.
For any other approved return/exchange request, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom designs, special sizes, or personalized wall art.
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to mishandling.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where replacement is not possible.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
